Terms of Service

These terms apply to your membership of the Little Mustard Seeds community, offered by The Mustard Seed Within ("we", "us", "our"), run by Janine Vorster. By joining and paying for membership, you agree to these terms.

1. What your membership includes

Little Mustard Seeds is a private WhatsApp community where Janine shares daily voice notes, videos, written reflections and faith-based encouragement, along with a supportive group of like-minded members. Membership is personal to you and the WhatsApp invite link should not be shared with others.

2. Billing & renewal

• Membership costs R249 per month.
• It is a recurring subscription — you are automatically charged R249 each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. Your first payment starts your membership immediately.

3. Cancelling — cancel anytime

You are free to cancel at any time, with no lock-in and no notice period. You can cancel by:

• Cancelling the subscription in your PayFast account, or
• Contacting us and we'll cancel it for you.

When you cancel, your membership and access to the group remain active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.

4. Refund policy — no refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because you receive immediate access to the community and its daily content, we do not offer refunds for any payment, including for partial months or unused time. You can, however, cancel at any time to avoid being charged again (see above).

5. Not therapy or medical advice

Janine is a qualified Social Worker, and the community draws on her professional insight and lived experience. However, Little Mustard Seeds is a support and encouragement community — it is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace professional care. If you need one-on-one professional support, please seek it from a qualified practitioner or your doctor.

6. Community guidelines

To keep the group a safe and warm space, members agree to be respectful and kind, to keep what is shared in the group confidential, and not to promote, sell or spam. We may remove any member who behaves in a way that harms the community, without a refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, the membership price, or what the community offers from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll give members reasonable notice. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
