The Mustard Seed Within ("we", "us", "our"), run by Janine Vorster, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
We keep things simple. When you join the Little Mustard Seeds community, we collect only:
We do not collect or store your card or banking details. All payments are handled securely by PayFast (see below).
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
All payments are processed by PayFast, a trusted, PCI-DSS compliant South African payment provider. Your card details are entered directly on PayFast's secure system — we never see or store them. PayFast's own privacy terms apply to the payment process.
Our community runs on WhatsApp. When you join the group, your interactions there are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Please treat what is shared in the group as private and confidential, and respect the privacy of other members.
We keep your information secure and only for as long as you are a member or as needed to run the community. Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
Under POPIA, you may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
